What is ZumbAtomic®?
ZumbAtomic® is a fun and healthy program designed just for kids using the Zumba® concept. It is NOT a Zumba® kids class. It is ZumbAtomic® - a separate and unique program that was designed with specific methods, music, and programming specifically for children.
Children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, and learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture. All classes are taught to not only cultivate individuality and creativity, but to develop leadership, respect, team work, pride, confidence, and responsibility.

 What is Drums Alive Kids Beats? Kids Beats can only be described as FUN!
 Every child is born with the ability to move and feel rhythm. Join us in this unique workout that will guide you through a program of drumming, movement and creative exploration that will thrill the child and the instructor alike . Kids Beats combines learning with physical activity. The components of fitness – cardiovascular, strength and coordination – are part of a successful creative movement and drumming program.
Fitness kids will love! With a set of drumsticks and a makeshiftdrum, this class promises not only to get kids moving, butimproves focus, coordination, relieves stress and aggression.

What is a Drum circle? A Drum circle is an interactive group process that utilizes a variety of drums and percussion instruments. Although drum circles can be used for recreational purposes, they can also be used to target other goals.  
Our Drum circle is led by  board certified music therapist,Lisa Pearson. 
 
 "Drumming" can include any number of experiences, from traditional playing to improvisation to "drum play." A circle format is used to optimize listening and communicating. 
Studies have proven the benefits of musical therapy on improving cognitive ability.

We will run 3 one week sessions of M&M Camp throughout the summer.Camp dates are June 27- July 1st, July 11- July 15,
and July 18-22

Camp is broken up into two different age groups:

Little Starz  ages 4-7          

  Monday-Friday  11:00 am until 11:45 am

Big Starz     ages 8-12       

   Monday-Friday  12:00 pm until 1:00 pm

Camp Costs $50 for the week   or $10 a class
