Loose Yoga has resumed at Hope Lutheran, 7355 W. Silver Lake Rd., Linden at 9:30 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays.

Explore the benefits of a deep stretch to strengthen the
muscles, a deep breath to strengthen the heart and
concentration to strengthen the mind. Any BODY can
do it, young or old, big or small, male or female.
