'Sweet Endings' Take Place at Ren Fest
"Sweet Endings" abound at Michigan Renaissance Festival for its final weekend in 2011 Oct. 1-2.
Activities include a chocolate festival, fudge fling, couples' chocolate pie eating contest, grape stomp, fencing, wine tasting and sweetest of all, vow renewals.
Regular admission prices are $19.95 for adults; $10.95 for children or $17.95 for students/seniors. Discounted tickets also are available at area Kroger or Walgreens stores.

Season passes are $79.95 for adults and $42.95 for kids and includes a special medallion as well as admission each day the festival's open.
A Royal Pass costs $120 and includes admission every day the festival's open, a special medallion, a t-shirt, four complimentary tickets to the festival, a ticket to another Mid-America festival, and Royal Pass Holder's Brunch each morning.
