This is the worse service I have received in a very long time. This company was assigned to me by my warranty to service my hot water heater. The owner came to my home at 8:30 a.m. and confirmed that a new heater was needed. I received notice that my claim was approved at 9:45 a.m. after waiting until 2:00 with no call from the service provider, I begin to call only to receive an answering service. After leaving 3 messages and no return call, at 4:00 p.m., I contacted my insurance agency who promptly tried to contact the company. I received a phone call back from Dave the owner. He was disturbed that I had tried to get an update on when he would be installing my new water heater. He was rude, unkind and darn right nasty. He told me that I had left to many messages, that I needed to get someone else to replace my heater because he didn't want to deal with me. Surprised at his answer, I tearfully tried to explain that all I was looking for was a followup to when service would be provided. He hung the phone up in my face. Unbelievable! If you want to be treated like this.....go ahead use his service.
