New office building watch out... Numerous appointments needed to pay for owners overhead! My dog had to have surgery with a specialist that informed me the prior course of treatment was not appropriate and based on my dog needing specialized care the clinic was under-qualified but happy to continue to advise the need for more appointments, even though the condition was not improving. The specialist is willing to go on record to file against this malpractice based on the medical records obtained. The clinic may be great for general care and maintenance, yet if you have a concern about a condition go elsewhere or get a second opinion quickly! (Please note in order to share my experience I had to post 1 star my real feelings would post 0 to negative stars)

My dad (89 years old) has a yorkie that we have been taking to Dr. Sandy & Dr. Susan for about a year. My dad is a little grumpy & outspoken but the ladies there always treat him with respect (quite a feat). But beyond that & most importantly they are just amazing with his dog. They always explain all of the charges, often offering to get more that one estimate for my dad & are always willing to answer our many questions. Sometimes things seem to cost a lot but once explained we can understand the reasoning behind it, and really the final decision is ours. I know my dad appreciates the time they take with him to explain things in a way he understands. He says he'll never go anywhere else with his little Punkin. Thank you ladies for taking great care of us!
