Cheese curds are great. The service I have received at both the drive through and counter has been courteous and pleasant.

I agree about bad service. Whoever the woman was working the back(cook) the day I went, claimed to call my ticket number, and gossip about it to her coworker (including a rolling of the eyes), after she told me my food was ready...but forgot my Coney. Amazing. Food was average. 2 stars for the A&W name and restaurant itself, because it is really neat.
Food was cold! Service was rude! they acted dissapointed that they had to serve a customer. I drive by everyday and the place is empty. I dont reccomend at all....
Fish dinner= 2 pieces of fish... period. I gave my daugher $10 to buy the fish dinner Sunday special and she came out with 40 cents change! The fries and drink were not included. Too bad I was 5 miles away by that point. No intention of returning, especially after the 10 minute wait.
