False advertising. I ordered the veggie #6 about a year ago and ALFALFA SPROUTS were advertised as being part of the sandwich. That day they ran out and did not give the customer the option of choosing something else. Well, sprout lovers want sprouts. Here I am a year later and I decide to give them another try. Now they are still advertising sprouts but have "discontinued" them. Manager wouldn't do anything to make it right. Very bad business practice.

It's hit or miss...sometimes the food tastes(and looks) like it's going to go bad in an hour...or they forget my avocado spread or the sprouts are brown...Sometimes it's perfect. But, once I order delivery they're at my house in like 10 mins...every time. Staff is always friendly though.
