Group puts on shows at Silver Lake Park all summer long.
For more than 50 years, skiers have been entertaining Fenton. The Silver Lake Ski Club continues that tradition all summer long at Silver Lake Park. President Jason Warda recently shared information about the group through the Patch Small Business Spotlight. Here are his answers. What does your business offer? A service to the community. The storm watch is in effect until 8 p.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 8 p.m. Monday for Genesee County and surrounding areas. The storms may bring damaging winds and large hail to communities across the county including Fenton, according to the weather report. Dark skies are also expected throughout the week, with thunderstorms likely Tuesday and Wednesday and a 50 percent chance of rainfall Thursday, the weather service states.
