Christopher Muncy, 53, of White Lake, was killed Thursday in a motorcycle accident, reported Hartland Patch. Muncy was driving his motorcycle home, on U.S. 23, when he lost control and was hit by several cars. Brighton Township resident Bruce Schneider tells Brighton Patch about the 1987 crash of Northwest Flight 255 at Detroit-Metro Airport. A sergeant for the Wayne County Sheriff's Department at the time, Schneider responded to the tragedy, which killed 156 people and left one survivor -- a 4-year-old girl.
