One local couple shares a thank you to Christmas in Action for helping them with repairs on their home.

Christmas in Action Looking for Fenton Area Seniors' Homes in Need of Repairs

Volunteer group will be able to repair more homes for seniors this year because of a grant.

Thanks to a new grant, even more Fenton area seniors will be able to receive free home repairs from Tri-County Christmas in Action this year. The volunteer group unites around a common goal of completing free home repairs for low-income-seniors and handicapped-elderly homeowners. Charles Stewart Harding Mott II - Holly Foundation has awarded Tri-County Christmas in Action a grant, which will allow the group to do repairs on at least four more homes in the area. Also, the Genesee County group is currently working to get a grant for additional homes. The local chapter works in Fenton, Holly, Linden along with Tyrone, Rose and Argentine Townships.
