For those seeking upscale solutions to interior and exterior design, Rex Todd Rogers Design Studio has opened in Fenton. Rogers’ new business opened its doors earlier this month, at 106 W. Shiawassee Ave. He has family ties to the area and has lived in the Fenton area and Washington, D.C. for several years, Rogers said. He employs the work of local artists and craftsmen as much as possible, a cause close to his heart, he added.
