I-96 Shooting Suspect Raulie Casteel was deemed competent to stand trial on terrorism and other charges at the Livingston County 53rd District Court on Wednesday, according to MLive.com. Casteel, 43, is accused of a string of 24 shootings along the Interstate 96 corridor in October. The first two charges are punishable by up to life in prison, while the firearm charges range from punishments of 2 to 5 years in prison.
