Fenton Library Officials to Talk History, Future

Library board will host event April 12.

The , located at 200 E. Caroline Street Fenton, is celebrating National Library Week with a unique presentation on the history of the library.

On Thursday, April 12th from 4:45 – 8:00 p.m., members of the Fenton Library Board will host an open house and informational event. A presentation on the history of the Fenton Library will be given at 5:00 p.m., and repeated at 6:15 p.m., and 7:00 p.m.  A Q&A session will be held immediately following each presentation, including a discussion of the library’s future plans.

National Library Week, held April 8th – 14th, celebrates the diverse resources local libraries have to offer.  Whether it is a parent/child reading group, research for a local high school student or searching your genealogy as an adult, your local library offers a world of resources.
