“People can come in and look at biographies of the readers and pick who they want to see,” Roberts said.

She added that people have experience of emotions with the information revealed.

“I’ve never seen anybody flip out, but we’ve had people cry when they connect with someone deceased. That’s pretty normal,” Roberts said.

Roberts said she has always been around people with abilities. She said everyone has abilities, it is just some more have a stronger sense of it than others.

"I read people and do the massages and reiki. Reiki is energy work and I combine it with massage to leave the client relaxed and content," Roberts said.

Roberts said not everyone has been a believer of the readings. She sad she received a call from one religious woman who complained everything the group was doing was bad. Roberts challenged the woman to visit and meet with one of the spiritual readers.

"Reading angel cards is being pretty close to God," Robert said.

She added the woman came and has been to nearly every event since.

"Some people come because they think it is entertainment," Roberts said. "It is a misconception that readers, mediums tell the future. We can pick up on future events, but it is more of letting them know what they are enduring in life and help them in a positive matter. People come to us to help guide them come to an understanding with what they are seeking. Others come for the curiosity of it and find out what it is all about."

Angel card reader Becky Lemere, of Clio, will be on hand at the event. She said seven years ago angels starting appearing to her and she could sense when the phone was going to ring.

"I've always felt angels around me and believe in ghosts," she said. "I've always felt a strong presence."

Lemere said she now helps relay message to individual from the angels around them.

"Whatever spirits or loved ones are around them, we try to deliver their messages," she said.

The group had its first last month at the pizzeria and was overwhelmed with the response.

“It was amazing,” Roberts said. “We had people come in from Saginaw Ann Arbor and all over. We are still shocked about it.”

There will also be vendors, massages and music at the event, which will be from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. April 9.

Roberts said the group will also be having events at as well, and have one schedule for 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. May 14. She added that readers also are available for private parties.
