The following arrest information was supplied by the Fenton Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Police continue to investigate a breaking and entering case that occurred around Sept. 17 on the 500 block of Fifth Street.

Chief Rick Aro said the resident reported the couple had left the home on the morning of Sept. 16 and returned on Sept. 17 around 5 p.m. and found their flat-screen TV missing.

The couple also told police they suspected a friend who had a drug problem and was recently asking them for money and may have taken the television, Aro said. He said police interviewed the friend, who denied any knowledge of the incident.
